Maintenance Order Operation text

Hi All,

My Client wants that in Maintenance work Order, Nobody will be allowed to delete the text (not long text) in operation, after saving or release the work order,once you write it.

In short, you are allowed to add more operations but not allowed to delete the last operations already mentioned.

Please suggest,
