Non-rejected SC item status

Hi Experts,

We are having SRM 5.0 system and implemneted item level SC workflow. We have problem with status of non-rejected items. If manager aprove 2 items and reject one item, in Check Status non-rejected (Approved) items are showing as "Awaiting Approval". What our client wants, which seems to be logically correct that all approved items should show as approved.

Anyone have this kind of issue. As per SAP Note 932128 (Non-rejected item displayed as approved), non-rejected items should show status "In-Approval" which i think should be Ok as compared to "Awaiting Approval". But after implementing this OSS note we are not getting results as these should be.

Please advise.

Hello,

I suppose that non rejected item will have the "approved" status only after requester accepts the changes. Since one of the items has been rejected, requester needs to accept this rejection and after this, rejected item will be excluded and approved item will assume the "approved" status.
