Hi All,

I'm working on EP6.0 SP2 Patch 4 and HotFix 8.

ITS 620 patch 13

Trying to Configure SSO.

I took care from R/3 requirements, like

Wingui SSO is working fine, but Webgui is not.

If I use webGui I get ITS login screen, if I put my UID and passwd, I'm getting an error like

no service specified in the URL.

my environment EP6.0 SP2.0 no unification server but I have ITS which is talking to R/3.

am I missing any config steps?

Thank you.

Prudhvi Raju.

It sounds like you have all of the SSO requirements completed. My question is if you try to access the same ITS transaction outside of the portal, do you still receive the same error message? If so, you probably need to publish the transactions to ITS.

Thanks Kyle,

From out side the Portal, if I use normal URL to access ITS service, I'm able to access the service. I don't have any problem with that.

I did published all services manually.

SSO for winGui works fine, not for WebGui.

Any assistence? Am I missing any step?

Thanks, appreciated your help.

If I call the service WW01 service outside the Portal I'm able to access this service.

But in Portals I'm getting following error;

=====

No Service Name Specified

Your request did not contain a service name. Please provide a service name as part of the URL.

Example URL:

http://.../scripts/wgate/CreateSO/!

It sounds as though you have at least two issues:

1. SSO does not work from the portal to ITS.

2. Even if you log in, you are not seeing the correct transaction.

Let's start by addressing issue #1. Are you using the fully qualified URL to access the portal? Are ITS and the portal in the same DNS domain? Is ITS defined in the system with a fully qualified URL?

Kyle

Yes I'm using fully qualified URLs in my system definations, and my portal, ITS are on same DNS domain.

Have you set the ~mysapcomusesso2cookie service parameter to 1?

Hi, only two requirements:

1.- ~mysapcomusesso2cookie 1 (in gloval.rsvc )

2.- Access to portal with the same domain that you configured in your system as ITS hostname.

For example:

If you enter to portal with http://server.dominio.com:5000/irj do you need configure the ITS hostname in your system with its.dominio.com
