LSO integration with Skillsoft : Help Needed

Hi,

We are currently working on building integration of SAP Learning Solution with Skill Soft E-learning courses. We are using PI to establish this connection. Skillsoft supports standard services like Course Enrollment , Course Cancellation and Learning Progress tracking.

Portal --> ECC --> PI --> Skillsoft

So far, We are able to establish connection and access the course at skillsoft. When the user clicks on START COURSE NOW link in BSP page, two windows are opened and the user is able to access the course.

But when the user exits ( Fully completing the course / Incomplete) the skillsoft window, the learning progress should be available in the Training Activities page in LSO Application. What we see is that the learning progress data is not written back to ECC, upon exiting the course in skillsoft.

We would like to know whether the process of getting learning progress from skill soft is triggered from SAP ECC or the skillsoft should send the data upon the closing the window.

1) What is the trigger for learning progress track interface once the user exits the course?

2) What are the configuration setting involved at the ECC end for getting the learner data from skillsoft?
