Characteristics Valuation

Hi QM Experts,

In my inspection lot, even after accepting/rejecting all the characteristics the message "You have not completed all characteristics" appears. In results recording screen QE51N I see Valuation against each characteristic but the status is still 2 - Processed not 3-Valuated. Could somebody please tell me why this happens.

You have not completed all characteristics" -->will always appear if you do not reach to Status "5"

means you not only has to valuate char( status "3" but also need to close it" 5" (click on the Lock)
