Characteristics Valuation

Hi QM Experts,

In my inspection lot, even after accepting/rejecting all the characteristics the message "You have not completed all characteristics" appears. In results recording screen QE51N I see Valuation against each characteristic but the status is still 2 - Processed not 3-Valuated. Could somebody please tell me why this happens.
