Upload smaller chuck of files to application server via Open Hub

Hi BW Gurus,

Need you help.

My requirement is as follows:

I am using BI7 - Open Hub to upload file(CSV) to application server from Infocube.

My source infocube contains million of records, I need to split my files into smaller chunk and load it to application server via open hub.

I don't see any std programme which can perform this activity. Do you know any programme, config etc which can split files into smaller chuck and post to App server via Open Hub.

Help on this would be highly appreciable.

Hi Hiren,

Why dont you use the filters in the DTP to split your data? But please keep in mind that after every succesfull load you have to copy the file from the application server otherwise it might get over-written. Another option can be to have multiple open hubs for say every year or for every six months to split the data. It depends on your requirements.
