Mass Maintenance

Dear All,

I am doing mass maintenance for Po's.

In 100 PO's for all line items i want to tick the Free heck box field in Item overview.

When i try to do, i couldn't see the field in PO item tab in MEMASSPO.

Please advice.

Hi,

In MEMASSPO, Select field "MASSEKPO-REPOS" i.e. Invoice receipt and "untick or uncheck" this, this in turn will activate Free indicator for PO line items.

Can u give the steps to be performed in Mass Maintenance.

Steps: -

1. T-Code - MEMASSPO

2. Click "Fields" Tab Page

3. Click on "Find" button and enter MASSEKPO-REPOS and Press Enter

4. This field will come on Top, select line "Invoice Receipt MASSEKPO-REPOS" and click on "Execute" Button

5. Enter Purchasing Document (POs) and Line Item (In which changes to be carried out) and then click on "Execute" Button

6. Now there are 2 parts of Screen. On Top Part of the Screen column "I" i.e. Invoice Receipt is not active (unchecked), keep it as it is and click on the "Carry out Mass Change" button (On top of the screen, exactly below the Purchase Order Item Heading)

7. It will uncheck the "I" column for all the selected PO line items and then Save.
