How to change of Payroll area in mid of the Payroll Period

It is required to change the payroll area in the mid of the payroll period.

As recommanded by SAP we understand that it is not advisable to change

the Payroll Area in the middle of the Payroll Period.

However, the Client requirement firmly demands that the Payroll Period

be changed when an Internal Employee is changed to External Employee in

the middle of the Payroll Period by an Action (Change of employment condition).

Can you please suggest some work around to meet the above requirement.
