I am integrating SAP DMS with EH&S. I have configured some document types & the user defined text in EH&S have also been configured correctly. Currently the user will go to SAP DMS create a DIR & release it, they must then come back into EH&S to link the DIR to the Incident/Accident log.
On the "Incident/Accident Log" screen there is a menu with the path Environment > Document Management > with 3 Opitions (Create, Document, Change Document, Display Document), however it is greyed out. How is this menu path activated or how does it work?
