Java Status Server 0. giving up during Prepare to install minimal configur

Hi All,

During SAP NetWeaver installaion we are struck at the Prepare to Install Minimal Configuration and the error is as follows:

ERROR 2020-04-06 11:20:45.671

CJS-30153 Java process server0 of instance XID/DVEBMGS00 reached state STARTING after having state STARTING_APPS. Giving up.

ERROR 2020-04-06 11:20:50.484

FCO-00011 The step startJava with step key |NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|SAP_Software_Features_Configuration|ind|ind|ind|ind|6|0|NW_Call_Offline_CTC|ind|ind|ind|ind|7|0|startJava was executed with status ERROR ( Last error reported by the step :Java process server0 of instance XID/DVEBMGS00 reached state STARTING after having state STARTING_APPS. Giving up.).

Requesting for a solution.
