Hello Guys,

In ICFU,we are entering the Measurement document reading for consumption suppose Diesel:5 lit,and Save. Then Documents were saved. When we savethe document, in the back round,Mesurement document Created and For the particular material Fuel quantity is posted, material document created. And the cost is posted to cost center in the equipment.

When ever we execute MCIZ report the actual cost is not coming into the report. But when i checked Account assingment in material document some cost Rs.xxx is there in the document.

Can some one specify what exactly need to be done to get the actual cost in the report.

Regards

Kumar

Hi ,

In spro , for settings for Fleet management ->Consumption relevant counter update -->define key & Cost object update : Here try to put Standing order as cost receiver , and create one MO and assign in the fleet master record and assign under org Tab , account assignment -->standing order ... , then do some posting in IFCU and then check up in MCIZ ..

Hi,

In our case there is no standing order.Once IFCU -Entries are done in background MD is created and Fuel stock is posted to MB51.Material document created and cost wil be directly goto Equipment cost center.

In Spro also cost receiver is cost center only.

Hi Guys,

I checked the custimization these are the settings as below:

Goods Movemnt:GM for cost center

Code:03

Goods Issue:201

GI/Reversal:202

Cost center:Radio button is active.

As per you i need to activate radio button to standing order and save:Then i need to create one MO and give the material in components tab and release the order and save.

Copy the order number and assign it in master data of that equipment under Account assingment tab. Then Execute IFCU and check the report.

But one thing we are entering the standing order in the master data of the euipment .So, when ever they consume some amount of diesel they will create the MO,the order number keeps on changing.

Can anyone explain how i need to create the standing order, what is the procedure. Is there any customization for this.So that cost will be reflected in the report.

Hi Gadwal,

You need to assign a separate standing order for each Fleet object and when u do IFCU against [ for fuel ] ...that fleet object the actual costs gets captured and i believe this cost is stored in PMCO and udpates the MCIZ , S114-IAKOSIST Key figure ..check up S114 Table .. hope this helps u

Hi,

I´m using MCIZ and IFCU to register fuel consumption for sugarcane harvesters but like you I have some troubles,  because customizing to CO isn´t complete to costers centers.

My question is: Some one here used/using RFC to input Km and Fuel consumption into IFCU from an interface with  Gas station site plant ? How its working?
