Data loading issue

Hi ,

In BI Prod server ,the data is not loading in to the data target cube via Dso from the CRM Source System.When i am checking in PSA there is 2 request [I request of init ,1 request of Delta] , by selecting on request in psa ..its displaying an msg NO DATA IN PSA COULD BE FOUND.what might be the issue.

Hi ,

Are you doing Full or delta from DSO to the Cube?

If delta,before loading the cube have you loaded the DSO ? Because if the last request has already been fetched by the last delta load in the cube....then that request will not get fetched in the next request...

Secondly, when you are saying that there are only two requests in the PSA.....have you checked that whether both the requests are already loaded to the target.....data mart symbol will be there........check that......

If both the requests are already loaded in the DSO....then the new delta from PSA to the DSO will not fetch those records again.......so you have to do in the following way...

1) Load PSA (Delta or Full) from CRM

2) Delta (DTP)from PSA to DSO

3) Delta (DTP) from DSO to cube.....

Now if the load till PSA fetches 0 records then it is different........then you need to analyze that whether data is there in the source system or not....

The PSA does not contain any data because both your INIT and Delta requests have not brought in any data from the CRM source.

Please check in the CRM source if you have data for the required data source. If yes, please try pulling that data into BW and then load the cube.

Hi Kalim,

It looks like there is no delta data loaded into PSA. That is the reason it is showing "no data" (i think it might be for Init--> WIthout data transfer). Select the Delta request > Click on continue & check if some data exists. Also make sure that this request is notyet loaded to your DSO(In DS>Manage screen--> left side you will see a right mark, if it has already loaded). If it has already loaded, then again loading Delta from PSA to DSO will transfer only 0 records. This might be the reason for data not getting loaded.

Hello,

As per my understanding, if it is showing " No PSA found", then data from the source has not been loaded to PSA only. So can you please check whether data is available in the source, Try to perform repeat delta or perform reinit with out data, then delta and load the data to DSO and then to data targets.
