RA error "WBS element in project is not released for billing"

Hello All,

when we are doing the results analysis to the wbs elemets

we are getting the error "WBS element in project is not released for billing" can you please help me in this i am not able to understand because

if thw wbs is not released it will not allow you to make any postings how come it is showing actual cost and revenue but telling

"WBS element in project is not released for billing"
