Logon PAR file - Overwritten

Hi all,

I had made some customization to com.sap.portal.runtime.logon.par.bak file in EP DEV system. I downloaded the same from DEV and uploaded it in my EP Qual system. After this, the logon page doesn't show up. It gives a run time error saying "ACCESS.ERROR: Authorization check for caller assignment to J2EE security role [sap.com/com.sap.lcr*sld : LcrInstanceWriterLD] referencing J2EE security role [SAP-J2EE-Engine : administrators]." I am unable to logon to my portal Quality system.

Request if someone can provide me with a resolution to this problem.
