Document is not generating while executing F.19

Dear Experts,

Document is not generating while executing F.19, i have made all the required configuration for the above execution but unable to generate the documents.,

I have configured OBYP (BNG & GNB),

I have set all the parameters and executed F.19, system showing two entries as well but when am clicking on postings system not showing any documents and also i have done background postings, same time am analyzing SM37, spool was created but w/o documents

I have googled related issues/topics but the issue persist

Kindly help me to come out from this issue
