BRTOOLS 720

Hello

I want to upgrade brtools to 720 from 700.

System is solman 7.0 & oracle 10g at win 2003 srv sp2.

ı downloaded relater componentı and copied them to kernel folder.

but new version is not working.I think there is missing runtime component.

"This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect"

ı read notes such as 684106-1402510 and other sdn posts .

in windows/WinSxS related component is absent.

(amd64_Microsoft.VC80.CRT.......................4053)

do you have any ideas ?
