TO Split

Hi Gurus,

We have a requirement to split TO's such that the carton box containing 'Lithium Battery' does not weigh more than 10 KG. This split should be possible even if if 1 delivery item is picked from 1 source bin - which i think is not allowed in Standard SAP. Can you please suggest how this can be achieved?

You should be abl;e to set a weight limit in the TO split in

Logistics execution > Warehouse Management > Activities > Transfers > Define Profiles . Profile for Transfer Order splitting

Yes, It is possible as you said to set a wt limit. But in the case where the qty belongs to 1 delivery line item and being picked up from 1 source bin, standard SAP does not allow the TO Split. Do you agree with that? And if so, what else could be the option? Can I use exit EXIT_SAPLL03A_012 to customize this?
