ABAP HR error

hi friends

plz fallow the path

HR > payroll > international > payroll > start payroll.

when i run a payroll i am getting an error '' a date specification 01 does not exist for 99 01 01 2011 01"

when i select payroll period -->other period for the month of 12 2010.

kindly advice me the solution .
