DSO Activation taking longer time

Hello Guys,

My load to DSO is completed very fast, but it is taking 4hrs to activate the request.This i'm able to find the from the log.

And also when i try check the availablity of background resources(Processes), it is occupied and data is not too huge.

So can you please provide any inputs for this.
