WFD Add-on Instalation on SAP ECC 6.0 EHP4

Hi,

We are in process of Deploying the WFD add-on( Workforece Deployment) package on our SAP ECC 6.0 EHP4 Ides System. Kindly help in downloading the packages from market place and show the path.

Could you share the notes and documents to preform this activity? What pre requisites shall I take before performing this activity as per your experience?

Hi,

WFD comes under the cProjects Components. It gets installed at the time of SAP ECC 6.0 Installation. We are gettting the message i.e., The WFD Server add-on or WFD Core add-on has not been installed. message no: PRP047.

Needs your suggestion, So that we should not get this error.

Hi,

Sorry, think I misunderstood your question.

I think you are getting the error while using Project Resource Planning.

For this you would need to maintain the business partner in WFM Core.

As of release 4.0, the transaction PRP_WFM_ADMIN is no longer valid,

therefore, please refer to the SAP notes 904008 and 939501 in

order to maintain the resources in the WFM Core.

Hi,

After following the Note: 904008, I see only the error message was gone(removed), but the effect of non editable Resources screen still remains. When I open the Resources tab I can't able to create any resources, the screen is completely grayed out.

Kindly suggest us ASAP.

Hi,

Note 830595 would helpful for the WFMCORE installation.

The software itself can be obtained from http://service.sap.com/swdc. You need an S User to download the package.
