Alternative account in FI-GL datasources

Hi Experts,

I aim to use the Alternativ account (ALTKT) of the GL account in BW however I couldn't find it in any FI-GL datasources.

There is a requirement to be able to report on both the main and the alternativ CoA in BW. Sounds so obvious that I am wondering if I may overlooked something. Appreciate your comments.

Hi ,

Alternativ account (ALTKT) is there in the table BSEG.....Most of the GL datasources fetch data from the table BSEG and BKPF.....

So, if this field is not there in the datasource.....then you can enhance the datasource......create the Append structure..

And then write the code to extract the required data in the customer exit : EXIT_SAPLRSAP_001..
