yes by e signature i mean digital signature

Please tell me whether these digital signatures can be used in b2b and b2c webshops, if yes, then how to configure the same.

The demo program[ SAP_DEMO003 (request for parking permit with digital signature)|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_sm40/helpdata/en/ab/af3d4050d89523e10000000a1550b0/content.htm] gives you the steps to build a BSP with digital signature.

(1) You have to develop a viewless BSP built with digital certificate authentication. Once authenticated, BSP application together with the Web application server can generate SSO2 ticket. These SSO2 tickets are persisted in the HTTP cookies. Your web application server (CRM ABAP server) must be configured to "create" sso2 tickets. Consult your Basis / System group team members.

(2) The SSO2 login tickets are used to log into the Java based applications running in the (same) web application server.
