Hi,

I want to define a classtype that allows me to classify materials on plant level.

I added MARC to the Object Table and defined a classtype for MARC. After that I created a class for the classtype.

Unfortunatly I can not use the calss in CL20N because there is no Dynpr defined.

Does anybody know wich Screnn numbers I have to define for MARC for following entries:

Screen No. for CL20N

CL24N New Object

CL24N Header Line

Val.assig. scrn no.

?

Thank you in advance.

Hello David ,

When you create a new class type , you have to create the screens

as well or copy the existing standard screens to the new class type

otherwise it will cause dumps in CL24N and other classification transactions

Please refer to the documentation below :

SPRO

Cross-Application Components

Classes

Maintain Object Types and Class Types

The new screens have to be added to the standard function group CBCM.

At the beginning of your project you could use the standard screens

0199, 0299, 0399,0499. Then it is not necessary to enter screen numbers

when customizing your classification object.

I Hope the information is of help
