For Eg. Client hv maintained date 14.2.2008 to 31.12.9999 in pa30 Info-type 0024, In

OOQA they maintained as 01.01.1900 to 31.12.9999 for all qualifications So need your advice in delimiting these date on 31-12.2010. Please advice.

Hi,

For that specific employee go to PPPM -the same can be done via IT0024 , I didn't try-.

At the top of the screen there is a date determination field, make it as 01012011.

Then select the respective qualification and press delete. (This is how delimit operation works in here).

Then change the date back to its original value -let's say 01.01.2010-.

Now you'll see the end date of the qualification is delimited as 31.12.2010.

First set it as 01012011 and then press "Delete Qualification" button.

The end date will be delimited as of 31122010.

Hi Khaiser,

You can try changing end date for relationship A032 between P and Q objects via PP01.

Or you can also try report RHGRENZ2 via SA38.
