Can you please explain me what ecomp is within the SAP HR? I see these roles in the States a lot but not in Europe and

wondered if the same is going by a different name over here?

comes to States wise functionality, this functionality vary to country grouping when we are downloading packages from service market. If there is no package for Europe state then go with 99 country grouping and do the necessary developements as per business needs.
