941 2011 Q1 Box 15

Hello,

We implemented the note 1568184 for the new 941 2011 Q1 form. We have issue with the Box 15 calculations.

Box 15 for Overpayments, shows a blank value, when the Box 13 is more than 10, while the expected value is difference between Box 13 and Box 10. Did anyone else have this issue with the new note?

We are tyring to figure it out, whether this issue is effecting everybody or is it just to us.

If this is an issue, did SAP offer any kind of resolution, yet?

We encountered the Note 1556112 previously. The note says along these lines about the 941 and 941 PR:

Forms 941 and 941-PR

The new layouts for forms 941 and 941-PR will be available via note 1568184. This note does not deliver any changes to these forms.

For reasons stated above, we did not think that Note 1556112 was a pre-requisite to the actual note 1568184. Hence we did not implement the note 1556112.

I would like to know, if you have encountered the same problem and implementing the note 1556112 resolved the issue?
