Show Crystal Reports user who is printing

Good afternoon everyone,

has anyone an idea how I can display or capture in a Crystal Report report the current user is sending to the printer in SAP 8.8?

i use this not sure if it will work, but im sure there is something besides the CE USER you can use for sap

Printed: {Data Date} {Data Time} By: {Current CE User Name}

thats a special field in crystal reports

Hi,

drag "Current CE User ID" shows 0. and "Current CE User Name" shows nothing. you did something extra?

no it displays the user when it runs through the viewer.

we use crystal enterprise here. that is the ce user

check to see if it produces the user when viewed in the viewer

I do not have Crystal Enterprize and {Current CE User Name} is blank for me as well. There may be a relationship here. Aker, do you have/use Crystal Enterprize?

there is a relationship CE stands for crystal enterprise. not sure how to go about getting this for sap
