Problem to populate data periodwise in fixed cost Plan vs. Actual report.


Dear All,

Recently i'm facing a problem regarding Development of Fixed Cost Plan Vs. Actual Report for Primary Cost element.I took the plan data from COSP table and same for Actual through WRTTP '01' And '04'.Here '01' is for plan data and '04' is for Actual one.Now those data is coming properly into my final internal table like this way:-

WKG001 = For period '001' plan and Actual when WRTTP = '01' or '04'.

WKG002 = For period '002' plan and Actual




WKG012 = For period '012' plan and Actual ; upto 12'th period.

now i match OBJNR,GJAHR,KSTAR from COSP Table to Corresponding fields of COEP table to retrive the Actual Period.But the problem is It cannot retrive all Actual data when corresponding periodwise Actual data is not created through Corresponding plan.So that report was showing no output for corresponding cost element or cost center evenif plan data is exist within this period.

As per as our user requirement is concerned they need that if the Plan price is taken within any(1-12) period and if the corresponding Actual Cost is not taken then also report will show the the plan price of corresponding period but the corresponding actual must be Zero till then.

Please anyone help me to overcome this.
