Hi,

During Defining pf Access Sequence, you need to assign condition table in following path

SPRO->MM->Purchasing->Conditions->Define Price determination process ->Define Access Sequence

Hi Sahu,

In the customising option that Biju suggested, mark the acc. seq. you want to extend. Then double-click on "Accesses" in the left-hand side tree. Then press "New entries", maintain whatever "No." that you like and put 84 in the next column.

Press Enter, then mark the newly created line and double-click on "Fields" in the left-hand side tree. Acknowledge the message about the missing field assignment and review the default assignment. In most cases it is okay and you can just save what you did.

In which of the steps above do you have troubles?

Hi,

Access sequence is cross client specific.

Which client you are creating Access sequence!

Any special purpose Access sequence is created and then new table ( as required cretaed ) assigned. So for your case you need to create Access sequence in confi/custom. client, have a TR and then transport that TR to your testing client.

Access sequence can be created with t.code: M/07 and click 'new entries"

so now create your Access sequence & save. Now click "Accesses" In Dialog Structure

System will take to new screen & now you can enter table name and save.

Hi Sahu,

What application do you want to use this table 84 for? The table 84 was created for external services. If this is the application that you neeed it for, then you shall use different path in IMG: "Materials Management -> External Services Management -> Maintain Conditions for Services -> Access: Maintain (Price Services)".

If you want to use the table for purchasing (application M), then you will need to create your own table with the same key fields (and ignore the warning message about the same table being already available). But I think application M has already a similar table no. 18. Can't you use it? If not, create one of your own using trs M/03.

By the way, the table 18 is used for prices in info records if you don't specify the plant. So why do you need anything else on top of the info record?

Best Regards

Raf
