Exception CX_SEND_REQ_BCS when issuing Dispute Management correspondence

All,

I'm issuing correspondence output (email / PDF) via an action in Dispute Management. My current config setting for this action is "process using selection report". As expected, once I've performed the action, the system tells me that my correspondence was created successful.

When I manually or automatically (using the report) process the output the entry is put into the queue in SOST, but the overall status for the action is set to red instead of green. Log tells me that exception CX_SEND_REQ_BCS was found. I had a look and debugged through the class method in question (class CL_SEND_REQUEST_BCS, method add_recipient ). It appears that variable sr_state is set to "S" (for submit), but the system tries to add a recipient again.

I wonder if this is something that might be linked to a wrong config setting. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Regards,

M
