Crystal Logon Error with BEx Universe

Hi Gurus, I am trying to create Crystal report from Universe which is based of BEx Query. I am getting Logon error. Here are steps I peformed

Step 1: Selected the Universe

Step 2: On "Business objects Query Panel" drag and drop the objects and press OK

Step 3: After that I am getting "Logon Error"

The universe is working fine and I am able to create Webi out of that universe.

Any idea on these error?

I try to setup logging to crystal and performed below setps but still I didn't see log file am I missing anything here?
