Dynamic action copy not coping current record.

I have a dynamic action that copies the IT0041 record. It is working

if the pernr has only one record. If the pernr has more than one record

it is copying the earliest record not the current record. Is there a setting

that controls this or syntax to indicate which record should be copied?
