Posting payroll results to accounting

Hello experts,

Cost element can be assigned to P&L accounts only. While posting balance sheet items (liability amounts) from HR payroll, how

to maintain cost center for these accounts?

We need to view the reports based on profit center and cost center in FI, which will go wrong in case cost center is not available while posting from HR to FI.

Please help
