CRM_UI can not display the webpage

Dear experts,

Today I have installed 1 CRM 7.0 IDES for test purpose. The server is stand alone server and without join any Domain. It is also not integrated with Portal. I have assigned FQDN as HostName.IDES.COM and when I execute the CRM_UI, IE show me "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". Did anybody know how should I do? I also dont install the Business package for CRM. Thank you!
