Hi Experts,

Is it possible to send mail as cc to people other than candidate while performing an activity of the activity category "Simple Correspondence".

i.e. for example while inviting the candidate for interview, a cc mail also needs to be send to the interview panel.

If yes, kindly let me know the config steps.

Hi,

unfortunately your requirement can't be solved by configuration.

Only solution here would be a replacement or modification of the sending implementation. You could replace the class CL_HRRCF_CS_DOC_CAT_APPL set in table T77RCF_DOC_CAT for the simple correspondence by a customer one. In there you would have to replace the sender class CL_HRRCF_SERVICES_MAIL by a customer implementation adding your cc receiver to the mail.
