Hour Field is not visible in service level field of CUP

Dear experts,

I am not getting the option hours field when deciding SLA for requests.I am getting days option.please provide any hint,do i need to active any option. I found no note.

Dear Experts,

SAP has recomended this for enhancement.

But, you can see hours field is mentioned in 5.3 config. guide.
