Reopen Internal Orders

Hi,

I have the following requirement:

-> The Internal Order has System Status and User Status "Closed" - (Status no. 40).

-> The client want sthe status to be temporarily set to "Open" - (Status no. 20) as they had mistakenly closed the Internal Order.

-> Once Internal Order is with status "Open" , they want to remove budget assigned to it and then mark the order with Status "TECO".

When trying to change the status to Open - 20, following error is generated:

Status OPEN is not allowed (ORD xxxxxx)

Message no. BS043

Diagnosis

User status 'OPEN' has reference number 20. In the current object status 'ORD xxxxxxx' the reference number of a status must be at least 40.

Procedure

You can only set user status whose reference number is at least 40.

Can someone help me on this ? Does this problem have a solution by changing customization for Order types ?
