cFolders Redlining not enabled

Dear All,

i am configuring a new system with cFolders 4.5 with ECL Viewer 7.0 & GUI 7.20, the issue is in cFolders, the redlining option is not enabled to open the ECL viewer for any drawings with extension dwg etc.. please help me to fix this

also i imported the same files to backend DMS, i could not open the original tab ECL viewer error message 'Document cannot be opened'
