New enhancement in BI

Dear friends / experts

i have been working for BI consultant in CRM project ...today i got one requirement from my client that

right now we have 1 CRM source system for BI and that CRM source system will give 3 BU's data/ information and right now my client wants to include once more source system i.e CR2 for 1 BU i.e

CR1 --> 2 BU's data

CR2 --> 1 BU's data

so in BI can i create one more source system (CR2) ?? IS IT POSSIBLE OR can any one suggest me to how can i proceed further??
