Eligibility for employees for Custom Infotype for Additional Leave Quotas

Hello!

I have a custom Infotype called "Additional Leave Quotas". Currently, if I try to maintain a leave record for this custom infotype, it throws an error - PERNR not eligible for Leave Quotas. It is an error for Personnel Area/subarea grouping for Quotas? Any help in this matter will be appreciated.
