Error in Report S_ALR_87013534

Dear Experts,

I am having some issue in report S_ALR_87013534.When i generated PR through activity the commitment amount is howing correct in S_ALR_87013542 But in Report S_ALR_87013534 its showing commitmnet divide by 10.

i.e if i made commitment of rs100 then in report S_ALR_87013542 its showing correct

But in report S_ALR_87013534 its showing rs10.

Can i get some focus on it.

Please check your value category settings..

if any correction is required then do that and reconstruct RPSCO through CJEN.

I have gone through the same path, But while double clicking the value category , i m not getting any affect

"Function code can't be selected " is the message.

try with Tcodes; OPI1, OPI2, CJVC

If you are an end user please contact your consultant to resolve it..

Dear Abdul,

I am a consultant and as far as my query is concerned i don't think it has any problem withe valua category.

My question is that , When i am creating the PR of any amount my output of commitment in report S_ALR_87013534 is PR divide by 10. i.e PR/10.

it means if i create PR of 1000 its showing only 100 in report.

Please run CJVC and check....

also please run CJEN and check any warning message is there or not..

Hi,

I guess this is problem of number format.

Open the report and check the number format (CTRL+F11). There Change the "Factor" from 10 to 1; you will get the correct values.
