cannot delete substitution rule - OBBH

Hi all,

I cannot delete one substitution rule in OBBH. The problems started to happen when I've changed the user exit name - from PGT01 to U001. I can delete the rule just in one client, but even after released the request, the changes (the rule that was deleted) still continues in the other client.

Any help would be welcome.
