What is Difference between T-codes IP10 and IP30

Hi ChintanH ,

Just my 2cent advise.

Goto F9 or from Program-->Execute in Background) in IP30 screen.

save the Background Job after you execute.

Please follow step as below:

- IP30

- Give Plan no. in the Maintenance Plan filed

- Give 1 DAY in the Interval for call objects field

- Ensure Rescheduling Incl is checked.

- F9

- Background Pint Paramenters pop-up appears

(This pop-up is not significant for our present job, but we have to go through this)

- In the ouput device give your printer details and press enter> one message window apprears> press enter

- Now click on the Continue (Green Tick)

( Now we have come out of the first pop-up)

- Now the required pop-up i.e. Start Time window is infornt of you.

- Here click on Date/Time tab and enter values Date and Time in Scheduled Start Fields.

- Clcik on Check and Save below.

- You would find a message Background job was scheduled for program RISTRA20 in the status bar of IP30 screen.

- The first order will be generated at the time given by you.

IP10 - Manual Scheduling of Maintenance Plans

IP30 - Automatic Scheduling. By Background job, this can be automated to run on periodical basis.
