"Configuring SAP Automatic Workstation Update" option missing.

When I go to the SAP Installation Server Administration tool, and click on Services. The only options I get are "configure local Security Handling" and "Stop Distribution Service"

The option to "Configure automatic update" is missing.

I am running Version 8.1.0.98f the tool version. I have 2 packages configured that install successfully.

Can someone tell me how to get to the automatic updates wizard?
