remote user accesses B1i from remote site

Hi Experts,

a remote user that using Ipad want to access B1 8.8 SP00 PL20 from remote site. Sap b1 integration components and mobile application for Ipad are installed. How to do that ?

We have used mifi umts wireless router huawei E585. if the Ipad do not have simcard but only wifi, I think it is impossible, what about iphone, could Iphone access B1 from remote site if the iphone have simcard ? Pls advice. TIA

If I am understanding you correctly, you want the user with the iPad to access SAP Business One 8.8 ... the whole application as if they were sitting at a PC? If this is what you are looking to do, B1if will not help with this. B1if has mobile connectivity to some aspects of B1 ... but it is not the entire interface for SAP Business One.

Am I understanding what you are looking for?

Honestly, I am using mobile application B1 v1.1.1 in the Ipad and Iphone. So, using Ipad, I want to access B1 database that installed in my B1 server.

How to do that ? do I have to use a modem in the ipad so that I can access B1 db ? if I use Iphone, do I have set the B1 server IP in the B1 mobile setting serve ?

Pls let me know the step to do that. I have used the suggested step from the pdf in this link:
