ReportApplicationServer not starting (Crystal Server 2008)

Hi All -

I've installed Crystal Server 2008. When I go into CMC, all of my servers are working except for ReportApplicationServer. I've tried everything via the CMC (enabling/disabling/starting/stopping/cloning). I've even tried restarting the app server and the OS, but nothing works.

Here's my set up:

Crystal Reports Server 2008 v1 SP3 (Free Trial version)

Oracle 11g

Weblogic 10

Any ideas on why RAS is the only server to not work? Any advice would be appreciate.

IS this a linux or a windows installation?

Sorry, forgot to add that its a Linux install (Red Hat Enterprise 5.6).

I would recommend to check SAP note 1417326 (http://service.sap.com/notes)
