For first one, see which user is missing the required authorizations to update GTIN. If its system user, provide SAP_ALL authorizations to the user.

For second one, try request downloading of the failed product once again before doing the initial download of missing product categories.

Sorry, check the authorizations for this user to change the status of the product to Archive.

Hi Santosh,

Just want to confirm. I should request download first in R3AR2 for the failed product and then once it is done, do the initial download of category in R3AS?

Or is it the other way around?

Thanks for helping me.

Mike

Yes Mike,

You first do the request download for one product for which the BDOC shows category related error to just see if that comes through fine. I have seen similar error in my scenario on a product category which had been in CRM from quite a long time (may be since beginning), but when I ran the request download for that product, it worked well. Similar could happen for you as well.

If that does not work, then you run the product category download.

About your first error I wuld check if user who created bdoc is authorized to set archive status on products.

About second, in R3AS replicate DNL_CUST_PROD1 to first replicate missing categories to CRM.

Regards.
