SRM MDM Catalog Issue with Data

Hi ,

This is regarding SRM MDM Catalog issue with data:

I have two qualified tables(Price & Contract) in my SRM-MDM Catalog and in main table Price information is lookup qualifed to Price qualified table and Contract price field is lookup qulified to Contract qualified table.

I have selected lookup qualified fields(Price Information & Contract Price) fields in my all views at OCI level and my OCI mapping is standard.

Now in my catalog under list view, i can able to see the list of records, Now in price information field i used to see the price value as link and when i click on that link, it is used to show price and contract related information from two qualified table.

i have clicked on check box which is related to contract information and added to cart, and when i "view cart" option it is not showing any records, this is happening to only one particular record.

what would be the exact problem for this?

Is there any document which would provides complete details of how would OCI settings or configurations options work?

    this is a problem with how the data is managed for that particular record.

    choose anpother record , which has similar price options and compare with the erronous record (in the data manager) for each field and see how the data are diff in these records ... and modify to see if this works

    if this is happening in the D or Q system - for only one record - no need to worry - its due to junk data entry for any of the fields that this is happening.

    if for Prod - check data as said before - else you can log a call with SAP with the record.
