No Billing Documnets were generated. See Log

Dear,

There is an error

"No Billing Documnets were generated. See Log".

In J1iin - Display mode - i could see the ( 1.) Excise Invoice Number ( 2.) Invoice Number ( 3.) Delivery Number

1st i cancelled ( 1.) Excise Invoice Through J1iin.

Now when i am trying to cancel the Invoice number through VF11 it is showing this error.

The steps are

The method is

( 1.) Creation of Delivery - VL01

( 2.) Creation of Invoice (Billing) - VF01

If it is exciseable then

( 3.) Creation of Excise Invoice - J1IIN

To cancel all i have to follow

( a.) Cancel the Excise Invoice - J1IIN

( b.) Cancel the Invoice ( Billing) - VF11

( c.) Cancel the Delivery - VL09 & VL02

Now while cancelling, i am at step b where this error is showing.

At VF11 i am just entering the Billing Number say 56789.

If its the first time cancellation process is carried out,

Please check in Table VOFA - Billing document types and for your specific Billing type what cancellation process mentioned.

like:

Cancell.billing type: S1 Cancel. Invoice (S1)

It is now showing as No error Log created.

VF11 --> Edit --> Log

Please post what you posted in that tcode. By seeing the message difficult to come for conclusion. Elaborate the issue.

check the log and paste the details in forum, got header> edit> log, you get details
