prevent import of transport request for certain client

Hello.

I have two clients in TST system.

I would like to delete one client.

How can I prevent import of transport request for certain client?

At hte same time users must transport request into other client in TST system.

Is it possible?

I know next features:

1.

SCCR_LOCK_CLIENT
SCCR_UNLOCK_CLIENT

2.

 tp locksys SID (from OS level)

but they use for all client (for whole system).
